We ship our premium Coffee & Run athletic apparel directly from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Below are our shipping guidelines, rates, and policies based on standard Shopify shipping practices.

1. Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed and packed within **1 to 3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

• **Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground)**: 3-5 business days — **$5.99** flat rate.
• **Free Shipping**: Standard shipping is **FREE** on all orders over **$75.00**.
• **Express Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air)**: 1-2 business days — Calculated dynamically at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and parts of Europe).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coffee & Run Le Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
